APRIL 28 BEE KEEPING CLASS
Top Bar Beehives have been in use for thousands of years, and for good reason. First of all, they're great for the bees. They allow bees to build natural comb, which reduces parasite and disease pressure, which reduces stress. Low stress bees are happy bees. Houston beekeeper Dean Cook will be holding a class on beekeeping using Top Bar Beehives on Sunday, April 28 at Last Organic Outpost's Emile Street Community Farm. The class starts at 2 pm and will be approximately 2 and a half hours. To sign up for the class contact
